Legal Aid celebrates 14th Anniversary of the Golf Classic fundraiser –
“Join the Circus”
The 14th Ever Legal Aid Golf Classic, presented by Empire College & Mr. Henry Trione, took place on Friday, September 16, at the Oakmont Golf Club. Leaders from the local Legal and Business communities came together to benefit our Child Abuse Prevention program. Golfers enjoyed a variety of Circus-themed games and decorated party booths on the course. The Smith/Dollar dunk tank featured famed dunkee, Chris Smith of the Press Democrat!
The evening reception featured circus acts, a Live Auction and raffle. Awards were given for Tournament Winner/ Overall Lowest Score Foursome: Monte Hansen, Joe Aldridge, Jeff Dennis & Jason Jackobac; First Place Men’s Foursome: Paul Silver, Steve Teal, Josh West, Brian Thomas; and First Place Mixed Foursome: Joni Rosinski, Norm Rosinski, Bob Palmer and Anthony Cipolla. The team from Clement Fitzpatrick & Kenworthy placed a close second in the Mixed division, and once again the team from JAMS had the Highest Score.

Legal Aid of Sonoma County provides crisis services to battered women, abused children, and families at risk of homelessness. Participating in the Legal Aid Golf Classic helps the organization provide legal assistance to over 2,500 needy Sonoma County residents each year.
